These policies are to be fair to all of our guests, loyal customers and guides. Please review these important policies.

Reservations
When you make your reservation, your credit card number must be obtained to guarantee and secure your total reservation. Please remember that all credit cards incur a processing charge from credit card companies, which is added to your total sales. We do request, if possible, that all your final payments be made by cash or travelers checks or company checks. This way you can avoid the credit card fees.

Cancellations
We are listing our cancellation policy so there are no misunderstandings. 

We must receive your cancellation prior to
14 days of your reservation. You have the option to reschedule due to inclement weather, severe river conditions or family emergencies.
NO SHOW – Failure to arrive without cancelling any reservation will result in a FULL charge of 100%

Pet Policy 

We love fur babies and welcome well-behaved pets. Pet fee is a non-refundable $50 and must be paid for in advance. Dogs are limited to a max weight of 50 pounds with a limit of 2.  No cats please.  No excessive barking please, we are a family-friendly campground and our goal is to maintain this type of setting. Be responsible for your pets. Do not leave your pet to bark all day, it's not fair to other campers and causes stress to the animal. Please pick up after your pets. We have chickens and let them roam free at times and we have dogs of our own, you may be greeted with a kiss from one of them.
